Contour measurement

Contour Measurement The contour measurement service will allow you to evaluate the 2D profile of your parts in high precision. We have a wide variety of stylus available to perform the service. We can exchange different stylus depending on the problem of the different profiles that are presented to us.
With our Mahr CD120 measuring instrument we have these specifications: Measuring range
Granite plate measuring 700 mm × 550 mm (L × W) with three 10 mm T-grooves
Measuring column with motorized vertical adjustment over range of 500 mm for the drive unit
Traversing length (in X) 0.2 mm to 120 mm
Measuring range (in Z) 50 mm for 350 mm probe arm
25 mm for 175 mm probe arm
